Glenn pleased with expanded space program, worried about funding Coshocton Tribune

A pioneer in space exploration is pleased with the plans to expand the nation’s space program, but has concerns about its proposed funding. Ohio native, former astronaut and U.S. Sen. John Glenn said he approves of President Bush’s plans for an expanded space program to send American astronauts back to the moon, and later on to Mars. How it will be paid for is what raises questions for Glenn.
