The overall goal of the Workshop is to contribute to the development of a strategy for integrating scientific considerations into human exploration through analog activities on Earth. The focus will be on the exploration of Mars; however, discussion of topics relevant to lunar exploration will also be considered, in particular, those dealing with the preparation of astronauts and systems for human activities on the Moon.
